The process of removing the existing roof system, repairing any damaged substrate and installing a new roof system; also known as "reroofing" and “tear-off and replacement." Another common commercial storm restoration roof that we install after hail or windstorm is called a “retro-fit” roof. This type of installation is a great way to get a completely new look on your building if you have secure substrate. We can accomplish this technique on both commercial and industrial roofs for storm restoration.
The process includes detaching everything not currently needed or used any longer on the current roof, such as outdated antenna’s/satellite dishes, condensing units or even up blast air ventilators. We then, install the retrofit roofing material to create a new workable substrate. After that, we start the processes as if we were installing a roof on a building that was just being built from the ground up. When its finished you would never know that the old roof was under the new. Your building will have a brand-new retro-fit roof that sheds water and will last for generations to come. Because we have built such great relationships with our manufacturers, we can offer the property owner an “NDL” or a no dollar limit warranty through the manufacturer.
